At START Fertility Center, we specialize in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Our infertility diagnosis and treatment includes a full range of options including IVF, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), ovulation induction or stimulation and inseminations.

Dr Sims performs numerous reproductive surgeries including myomectomy (with hysteroscope or abdominal approach), endometriosis treatment, pelvic adhesions, hysteroscopic correction of uterine septum, tubal cannulation as well as various other operative laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.

In addition, we diagnose and treat a wide range of other gynecologic problems including recurring pregnancy loss, endometriosis, menopause, perimenopause including counseling and hormone replacement as well as menstrual irregularities.

Dr. Sims feels it is imperative that all patients receive individualized attention, both emotionally and physically. Going through times of infertility can be a stressful time for couples. It is our goal to reduce this stress and comfort our patients as needed.

What to expect at your initial visit: Each infertility case is different from the next. At your initial consultation, you and your partner will meet with Dr. Sims and discuss the causes of infertility or the issue that you are going through and review past records and diagnostic tests. Dr. Sims will create a detailed plan of treatment which will guide you step by step through the process.
